Actually, he used "text/plain" not "text/html" ... his "trick" was
to use a "charset=utf-8", it shouldn't even have needed that
extra layer of MIME wrapping.

HTML for email is an entirely different flamewar, and one
that doesn't need to be initiated for that topic.
