RE: [xml-dev] First XML-1.1 Working Draft publicly available

According to Cafe Con Leche, this means that 
"the musical symbol for a six-string fretboard" 
will be a valid name character in XML.

The mind boggles.  If ever there was a doubt  
about the need for co-occurrence constraints, that 
will do it... at least for country music anyway.
