Bill: we have quorum Approve Minutes of 18 August, 2022 TC Meeting Approved Unanimously II. Administrivia Separation of Duties Version 1.0 Profile, Working Draft 2 was posted. III. Issues Separation of Duties Version 1.0 Profile Steven reviewed updates on Separation of Duties Profile recently uploaded and discussed two examples that he is working on. In general, he focused on making the examples clear rather than compact, the flow of the Action History Record processing, etc. He will be removing the transaction ID creation function since the PEP has likely already created a unique ID and will likely need to maintain control of it. The effect of asynchronous processing on attributes vis a vis the PIP was also discussed. There was also a brief discussion of semantic clarity and processing efficiency. meeting adjourned.
