Comments for xacml-3.0-privacy-v1.0-csprd02

Members of the XACML TC, 

We noted a couple of things while preparing XACML v3.0 Privacy Policy Profile Version 1.0 CSPRD02. Apologies for not reporting these to you earlier. They are minor tweaks. 

- Normative reference for [Hier] - http://docs.oasis-open.org/xacml/3.0/xacml-3.0-13 hierarchical-v1-spec-cs-01-en.doc - has a blank space between 13 and hierarchial so the link is broken. The working URL is http://docs.oasis-open.org/xacml/3.0/xacml-3.0-hierarchical-v1-spec-cs-01-en.doc. 

- The second normative reference to [OECD] has no link. Is this http://www.oecd.org/internet/ieconomy/oecdguidelinesontheprotectionofprivacyandtransborderflowsofpersonaldata.htm? We think that, as a normative reference, providing the link is really appropriate. 

- Since you list no non-normative references, you can remove that section if you like.
