Propose Vote to Promote XACML MAP AuthZ Profile to CS

I would like propose a vote to promote the XACML MAP Authorization Profile to Committee Specification at our next TC meeting. I don't believe the comments addressed from the OASIS TAB review of CSPRD01 were substantial enough for another public review.
