        This updates the SAML profile to the current OASIS document template. In the process I also cleaned up the following:

- Added a separate section for the glossary

- It used to say that sections 1 through 1.4 were non-normative, but 1.4 is the reference to the RFC 2119, so I changed it to 1 through 1.3

- The introduction contained a reference to [XACML] which was not defined. I changed this to [XACML2] and [XACML3].

- Fixed quite a bit of simple typos

- I was not able to recover the picture for figure 1 in a good shape from the original old version OpenOffice document format, so I redid it in MS Word.

- I updated the reference to XACML 3 to the oasis standard version, including the namespace identifier and changing references to section 7.11 to section 7.17 since the section numbering had changed in the OASIS standard version.

I based the work on wd-16, which is the latest version I found both on my hard drive and in the OASIS document store. This is a newer version than the latest approved CS. We apparently fixed some errors in wd-16 way back then, so we are no longer at CS status, so we have to redo the process.

BTW, I just realized I forgot to check the formatting of the RFC references. But since I am almost done uploading and it's late in the day, I'll just push this version and do the review of all the profiles at once later and update it if needed.
