Good old wine in new bottles (template requests for "dormant" Work Products)

Hi XACML TC members,

The TC Admin team has just received the template requests which Erik Rissanen submitted [1], and reviewed the discussion in the TC's email list (https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/xacml/201312/msg00026.html).

Thanks for requesting the new templates - there have definitely been some changes in the 3+ years that some of these Work Products have been dormant, both in document formatting and particularly in the area of file naming and directory structures. 

I haven't completely worked out the expected directory/file names, but each template will contain a statement on the front page which includes the URI structure at which we expect to publish it.  Right now I'm thinking they will be structured similar to http://docs.oasis-open.org/xacml/3.0/ec-us/v1.0/, which was dormant for around two years.  As in that case, we'll insure that the "Latest version" links from the earlier published stages will link to the new material.

I expect to have the templates prepared and delivered to the TC's email list shortly.  I'll contact Erik if it looks like anything needs to be clarified.
