Request / Response Interface based on JSON and HTTP for #XACML 3.0 V1.0

Hi,

Since the public review of the Committee Specification Draft ended on November 14th and no comments were received, I'd like to move the profile to committee specification.

Can we vote on that in the next TC meeting?
