Question regarding the timing of the OS ballot

Hi Bill, hi Hal, 

The 60 day public review period for XACML 3.0 ends midnight tomorrow with no comments. 

Other TCs reaching this checkpoint this week have asked to delay the start of the membership vote until after the 1st of the year due to the upcoming holidays. 

Would you all like to do the same? I'm happy to get things rolling either way - my calendar right now assumed I would open the vote on Monday, 12/10 and it would close Monday, 12/24. 

Please drop me a line when you have a minute and let me know how you would like to proceed.
