This is the other way around: the meeting will be one hour earlier relative to what it was for us in EU before the time change.

Europe went off summer time this past weekend. Because the US will not switch to Standard Time until this next Sunday (Nov 4) the XACML TC call this week will be 1 hour later relative to European timezones.
