Typo in core spec: Section 5.29 AttributeDesignator missing xs:element line

This is for collection of items to be applied to next version of
    spec,

    whenever that may occur.

    

    The xsd part of the AttributeDesignator section is missing the

    xs:element line, which contains the substitutionGroup information.

    The actual xsd file is ok. None of the other elements in section 5

    have this issue.

    

    In the doc, section 5.29, it currently says:
