Section 3.1 "The data-flow model" should be changed to make it possible for the Context Handler to invoke the PIP before sending the request to the PDP.

Section 7.3.5 "Attribute Retrieval" states that the PDP requests attributes from the Context Handler. This should be changed to make it clear that the Context Handler can also give the PDP attributes it didn't request.
