test cases

Here is the location of the Oasis subversion repo where the current test cases are kept:

http://tools.oasis-open.org/version-control/svn/xacml/

They can be checked out using your Kavi id/password.

e.g.
svn co --username ##### --password ###### http://tools.oasis-open.org/version-control/svn/xacml/

You can also use your browser to browse the revision tree here:

http://tools.oasis-open.org/version-control/browse/wsvn/xacml/?rev=0&sc=0

The setup uses tags to separate versions of the tests.
