Note that time has not changed in USA

I believe Europe shifted to winter time last weekend. The US has not shifted yet. Therefore the XACML call will take place at a different time from the perspective of folks in Europe.

If I am calculating this correctly, I believe if you just shifted time, the call will be an hour earlier than last week from your prospective.
