Issue 83, missing attributes

Issue 83 is one of the last few issues which are still open on the 3.0 core.

The original issue 83 was about the wording in section 7.15.3. This has
been fixed.

However, at the time we had concerns also about which status code would
be returned in each case of Indeterminate through the specification.
However, when I look at it, section B.9 defines the status codes and it
seems clear to me which applies to which kind of error, so I think we
can close this issue now.
