XACML Minutes table updated

Colleagues,

Every OASIS TC public home page has a link to a table listing agenda and
minutes of all TC meetings.  I have just updated this table for the
XACML TC:

http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/xacml/minutes.php

The link on our public home page is in the purple block on the right - I
don't think there is a corresponding link on the members-only page.
