Next revision of XACML 2.0 core errata postponed until July 11

Colleagues,

I am postponing release of the next version of the XACML 2.0 core errata 
specification until July 11: this will contain the 
uri-string-concatenate fix and its function description specifying use 
of string semantics.

I will include any other errata that are reported by that date.  Please 
post all errata to the XACML TC list so other members have a chance to 
review them.
