XACML IPR

In reference to the XACML IPR statement (http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/xacml/ipr.php) IBM has committed to change the current RAND status to RF for the 2 patent applications noted (Japanese filed patent 2001-184264 has been published). IBM will follow-up with a formal disclosure to OASIS .
