i suggest we use an emoticon to show 'status' ( http://wiki.oasis-
open.org/xacml/HelpOnSmileys ). as an example i added a checkmark next
to the text of #20 (you can't add markup to titles in moinmoin) with a
reference to the solution (needs actual URL for draft).
this seem reasonable?
