Colleagues,

The following presentations, I believe, illustrate Frank Siebenlist's 
use case for supporting the concept of references to sub-PDPs being 
somewhat equivalent to references to sub-policies.  This seems to be 
very useful in trying to implement something like a federated 
authorization infrastructure.
