Yes we have thought about this in terms of both WS-PolicyAttachment and WS-MetadataExchange. Not sure if this is the proper place to take up the discussion, so if not we can exchange outside of the list

[xacml] XACML and WSDL
Has anyone given thought to how to bind a Policy/PolicySet into a
WSDL document? Or thought of it in terms of WS-PolicyAttachment or
WS-MetadataExchange?
If not, anyone want to talk about it?
