We have not discussed it yet in its current form.  The ideas were
previously part of the revised Spec section on Hierarchical
Resources, but then it became more and more apparent that
multiple resources were not always hierarchical, and it made
sense to separate the two.

I suggest we put it on the agenda for Thursday.
