Colleagues,

Attached is an updated list of work items.  I added a work item
#40 for the SAML PolicyQuery and PolicyDecisionStatement.

Here is the current list of potential work items and their
champions, sorted by champion.  Note the six items that have no
champion.  Some may actually not be needed, but if someone is
interested in taking one on, please volunteer!
