3.2.7.3 - dateTime comparison and equality 3.2.8, 3.2.9 - time and date comparison and equality  Some other data types have references to appropriate RFCs or other W3C documents (like 2396 for anyURI, 2054 for base64 binary etc..)  I think we should just cite this document..
