This is an response to the action items for me.

>0026. [Michiharu] Add XPath functions as non-mandatory
>   STATUS: POSTPONED 9/19 (Michiharu will update and resubmit)
>
>0035. [Michiharu] AttributeSelectorIndirect
>    STATUS: POSTPONED 9/12  (Michiharu will update and resubmit)

For 0026, I would like to withdraw this change request because of the
latest update of the function draft. Instead, I propose a new change
request numbered as [0047].

For 0035, I would like to withdraw this change request after
reconsideration. Using [0047] proposal, the original issue is resolved.
