Title: Extending an enumeration

Colleagues - Does anyone know how to define an XML enumeration type as an extension of a type that is already defined as an enumeration?  For example, making xacmlContext:DecisionType an extension of xacml:EffectType with the addition of the "Indeterminate" value.  I have tried a few approaches and each seems to be invalid XML schema.  All the best.  Tim.
