[xacml] July 1 schema meeting and July 4 TC meeting

XACML is scheduled to vote/decide on the functions and predicates (relations) issue on July 1. July 4 is a holiday in the U.S.A. Sun will be closed the entire week of July 1 - July 5. I know we want to resolve this issue soon, but could the vote be postponed until July 8? Anne
