[XACML] [Schema] encryption and us

Dear colleagues,

 

Sorry I am still working on multiple signature 
examples. In the meanwhile I enclose a naive example of encrypting at 
different levels of granulation taken from the W3C site, just to remind 
everybody that we have still to decide whether our relationship with encryption 
standards should be at least cursorily addressed in the specs.
