If  Anne Anderson  was present at the Feb. 18 policy model subcommittee concall, it was a different Anne Anderson and I disavow anything she said :-) This Anne Anderson was cross-country skiing with her family in northeastern Vermont in a place so remote that neither of our two cell phones could get service, and the one pay phone was not available for long calls.
