Title: Face to Face Location and Hotel Details

Hotel information available at http://www.sofitel.com/sofitel/JSPView.svlt?pageID=/fichehotel/fr_top_fh.jsp?liste=1&code_hotel=0922&liste=1

The signpost in the lobby of the Sofitel should say XACML Meeting and the meeting is going to be held in the room Salon 2 which should be on the main floor. The room will have beverages throughout the day, speaker phone, screen (I will be bringing a projector), and flipchart. We have the room from 8AM to 5PM.

Supposedly rates are less for the Sofitel if you book online at their website (I was told possibly $159). Otherwise they are around $220, as is the other hotel nearby - Summerfield Suites.

Map to the hotel available at: http://www.accorhotels.com/accorhotels/gif/0922a00.gif

See you there,
