RFC3060

I just finished reading RFC3060 for a second time. Everyone should make sure
to read this RFC, it could potentially save a lot of time within the
representation subcommittee. Although the RFC does not claim to provide
anything but an abstract framework for policy representation, it looks like
it could be very easy to map it into
