Final TC Membership Call

OASIS regulations require closing the initial TC registration process 15
days prior to the first meeting. No more membership requests will be
accepted after 8AM Pacific Time on Monday, May 7th. I will then circulate a
confirmation list to make sure I have accurate information on all those who
have requested membership.
