[wss] ACTION REQUIRED: Open or pending issues

Several of us have actions on the current
issues list which is published at [1] - please would all WSS TC members
review the issues list and post the status of issues that they own to this
list. I want to make some progress on the issues list this week as many
of the issues have been pending closure awaiting simple actions since last
year.
