[wss] Liaison representatives list

I finally found time to go through our
minutes and pull together a list of all the Liaison reps we have put in
place. I have posted that list to the WSS TC page (look in the membership
section) at [1] or you can go directly to the list at [2]

We will have time on the agenda for
Liaison reports from the reps. Please come prepared to say a few words
about ongoing Liaisons if your name appears in the list.

Please tell me if I have missed any
Liaisons, I think I got them all.
