Transition request for WSRM TC to move to RF on limited terms

To: OASIS WSRM TC Administrator

At the last meeting of the OASIS WSRM TC (minutes posted at
http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/wsrm/download.php/21227/MinutesWsrmTC-103106b.htm 
)
the TC agreed to move forward with a transition request to IPR policy of 
RF on limited Terms.

As chair, I took an action item to submit this transition request to the 
TC administrator, to initiate a
Transition approval ballot to start 30 days after this request is received.

Could you please initiate the ballot for a transition request for the 
WSRM TC to an IPR policy of RF on limited terms?
