Fixed missing "n" typo in WS-reliability1.1.xsd

I just posted a corrected schema at:
http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/wsrm/download.php/11630/ws-reliability-1.1.xsd

which fixes the typo of a missing "n" character on one line.

We need to determine if we can replace the official posted file at:
http://docs.oasis-open.org/wsrm/2004/06/ws-reliability-1.1.xsd
with this obvious editorial fix.
