   It may be simplest and most future-proof to remove the number.

   The name 'EmptyType' makes me think it is defining something for an
   empty element.  Is there a different name that can be used?
   'CommonType'?  'BaseType'?  'DefaultType'?  'SequenceType'?


Line 1827

   Change 'PermamnentProcessingFailure' to
   'PermanentProcessingFailure', i.e., remove the second 'm'.
