Abstract Object model and Sequence Diagrams for Ordered Deliveryexamples

The attached pdf file has a simple model, which does not use group 
timing paramters.

It only uses t4 from Jacques proposal.

It satsifies the requirement that the sender is notified of all  
delivery failures.

I believe the protocol an work without groupExpiryTime and 
groupMaxIdleDuration parameters.

If the user picks expiry times in a rational manner, the protocol will 
behave as expected.
