suggestion for your payload data would be to use some of the WS-I Sample Apps 
web services as they are already fully documented and many have implemented them 
as well. To stay simple I would probably suggest start by just using the 
Retailer getCatalog operation and to try different reliability scenarios around 
it. If anyone would like to explore that idea feel free to contact me to 
discuss further.

 

It 
would be nice to get this call onto the calendar in Kavi. I can help get that 
done but the minutes indicates the next call is on Friday the 24th at 10am 
and 11am PST. I assume only one of those is correct.
