Before starting a new TC on configuration parameters and how to negotiate
them, please look at the ebXML Collaboration-Protocol Profile and
Agreement Ver. 2 Specification and the Automated Negotiation of
Collaboration Protocol Agreements draft specification. They are all about
configuration parameters and negotiating them.
