[wsrf] Small typo in Appendix A. Acknowledgments

Hello, Ian and folks

I found a small typo (my name) in the "Appendix A." section in the
committee drafts.

Matsunori Satomi(Hitachi) -> Mitsunori Satomi(Hitachi)

"Mitsunori" is correct one. (not M"a"tsunori)

I guess all drafts have same section by copy-and-paste.

Regards,
