Recent 'modifications' to xsd and wsdl files

All the recent activity on the mailing list was due to the movement of  old
versions of the xsd and wsdl into the folder "Editors Drafts/Back-Level".
The "Editors Drafts/wsdl" and "Editors Drafts/xsd"  folders now contain
only the most up-to-date versions.
