WS-REsourceProperties 1.2 draft 06, up to date

I have applied the resolutions to issues
WSRF15, WSRF16 and WSRF21 to form draft 06 of WSRF-RP spec, v 1.2. [1]

The updated WSDL is at [2].

The updated XSD is at [3].

Please take an opportunity to review
the changes.  I would like to move that WSRF15, WSRF16 and WSRF21
be marked as "resolved".
