The intention of AI 50 was to chnage/remove the following text in 5.4: "Any number of import elements may appear as initial children of the process element, before any other child element." The initial children of the process element are documentation elements.
Undo the changes in 5.2 made with AI 50. The element import occurs currently before the element extensions, but it should occur after element extensions.
