New candidate committee draft for review by Aug. 9

We will discuss approval of a new committee
draft at the next meeting on Aug. 9.  

A first candidate version was distributed
for review on July 27 ( http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/wsbpel/email/archives/200607/msg00110.html
 ).   As agreed in the
Aug 2 call,  a second candidate has now been provided which contains
updated issue resolutions and action items that have been done between
July 27 and Aug 2. 

We would like to approve the most recent
candidate (links below) as the current Committee Draft on Aug 9.  Note
that change marks are relative to the July 27 version.  You must view
both versions to see all change marks since the last committee draft was
approved May 17.  This will not be the public review candidate as
there are a few more issues, action items and xsd to still be incorporated.

Please review these before the meeting
on Aug 9 and let us know comments by email beforehand if possible.
