Groups - Proposed example for section 12 (proposed examples for section 12.3.3.doc) uploaded

This is the proposed example that was included in 12.3.3 by the editing
subteam.  Once chapter 12 has completed review, and the editing team has
had time to review the example more thoroughly, we will consider adding it.
