next f2f meeting mar 20-24

As discussed on our call this week,
it was decided at the f2f that the next f2f should be scheduled for Mar
20-24.  The focus of the agenda will be to walk through the spec and
do real time editing to prepare for the public review candidate.  

We are looking for a volunteer to host
this meeting - please let me or John know if you are interested.  
 We'd like to firm up plans quickly.
