Issue - 109 - Feedback on Compatibility Between Abstract andExecutable Processes

As an update to the WS-BPEL TC, I've engaged with Rania Khalaf who has 
managed the resolution of Issue 82. Some of the issues raised in Issue 
109 are handled by Issue 82, 82.1 and 82.2 as well as inferred from 
Issue 107. There are a few open questions, and I hope a collaborated 
response will be ready for next week's call. Thanks.
