Issue 6 - presentation slides and proposal draft writeup

Hi all,

After weeks of email and phone discussion, Ivana and I come up a modest
proposal for Early Completion in BPEL. (See the attached HTML file).

We have sent the proposal draft of an earlier version to the people who
have been active on Issue 6 before. We have made some minor update to
mix some typo in some our sample code.

Please take a look. Your feedbacks are very welcome.

We also prepared a PowerPoint slides presentation that gives an overview
of this proposal.

Looking forward to a meaningful and constructive discussion at F2F.
Thanks a lot!!!

Regards,
Alex Yiu
