Issue 153 - now resolved by Issue 103 ?

Hi Ugo,

Since we have passed Issue 103, as we discussed before, I tend to 
believe issue 153 now got resolved automatically as well because we have 
replaced getVariableData() by $var syntax and its semantics.

Agree?
